Detailed Job Description/Requirements:

Depeartment : Production (Brewery)

Reporting Line : Head of Department

​Main Responsibilities :

  • Adherence of  Micro sampling as per COM ,FSMS.
  • Daily Plating and plate observations with concerned department to close the gaps.
  • Adherence of Yeast Culture, Propagation, for proper brewing volume.
  • Adherence of Plant CIP conformance with proper documentation.
  • Ensure testing of Lab Micro validation score & Reporting in time.
  • Preparation of Daily, Monthly Micro report of RFT & Process with proper documentation.
  • Proper documentation of all  microbiological report in hard and soft formats with RCA as per QMS.
  • Analyzing the trends and seek the necessary corrective action from respective dept.
  • System ERP update.
  • Plant hygiene audit in time with share to all concern department & closure of gaps.
  • Organise the daily sensory testing sessions, analysis & share the information with proper documentation.
  • Media preparation, GLP of Micro lab, Calibration of all micro related instrument with proper documentation.


Educational requirements : Master's/Bachelor's degree in Microbiology.

Experience : 3 to 5 yrs. experience either from Beverage / Food processing / Pharmaceutical Industry.
