  • Should have at least 10+2 education in relevant field.
  • Should have at least 3 years of experience in micro finance
  • Should have good communication skill and able to speak in mass
  • Willing to travel in the remote region of the country
  • Should be able to speak fluently in Nepali and English
  • Willing to meet challenges and run extra miles
