Assistants, Phlebotomist, MHPs, Cleaning staff, Pharmacist, Welfare staff

A. Overall Purpose Of The Job (Brief description of the primary purpose of this position)
GWT (N) Medical Centre Assistant performs routine administrative and clinical tasks to keep the Medical Centers running smoothly.
General Duties:
Act professionally in all interactions with the pensioners.
Providing general customer services to the organization.
Communication and Liaison: Ensure that inquiries from patients, visitors and others are dealt with courteously and as quickly as possible.
Maintain confidentiality of all patient and/or client information.
Attend and participate in GWT (N) staff meetings.
Ensure that the Clinical Practice Manager is fully briefed on issues that may impact the delivery of the service providing information as required.
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
Complete other tasks as directed by the Clinical Practice Manager.
Required Skills and Knowledge (Brief description of technical knowledge or skills needed to perform the job)
Minimum Technical SLC level medical training (CMA/ANM), PLC Nursing or general medicine (HA) an advantage
Understanding of Standard Precautions and Infection Control practice
Basic Computer Literacy, Ability to use the online Information Management System
Required Work Experience (Brief description of the job-related experience needed to perform the job)
At least 1 year experience within medical service delivery environment background needed to perform the job)
Current unrestricted registration with the Nepali Health Professional Council or Nursing Council
Mandatory Languages (Brief description of the language skills needed
Hospital or Community medical facility experience within the last six months
Prior Experience working with international companies or NGO’s will be an advantage
Mandatory Qualifications (Brief description of the educational to perform the job)
English (Basic Spoken, good written)
Nepali (Fluent)
Travel / Rotation Requirements (Brief description of any travel or rotation requirements)
National travel as required
