Minimum 5 years' progressively responsible experience in MEAL, University degree in international development, statistics or related field. Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple tasksamong staff and departments. Excellent knowledge of standard computer programs and ICT4D approaches and tools. Knowledge and experience of conducting MEAL for WASH/Shelter or Livelihoods programming in Nepal and experience in Emergency Response and Recovery contexts.
