Job Description
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree with knowledge on statistics preferred
Minimum of three years of experience working in the field of monitoring and evaluation
Experience in performance management, including indicator selection, target setting,reporting, database management, and developing M&E plans
Knowledge of the major evaluation methodologies (qualitative, quantitative, mixedmethod, and impact) and data collection and analysis methodologies
Experience in planning and managing surveys
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, set priorities,and meet deadlines
Ability to manage critical relationships with diplomacy and tact and engage a wide rangeof stakeholders including the, institutional partners, government officials, and peerorganizations
Fluency in English; good written and oral communication skills, including facilitation andcross-cultural communication.
Ability to create and encourage a climate of team-working and collaboration in a multicultural environment,
Previous working experience with NGOs with community focus will be considered anadvantage
Willingness and ability to travel independently and live in marginal living conditions
Computer proficiency in Windows environment (Microsoft Word, Excel, Access,PowerPoint)
