CRS is an international NGO based in the United States that works in over 100 countries to promote human development by responding to major emergencies, fighting disease and poverty, and nurturing peaceful and just societies. CRS Nepal implements earthquake recovery and resilience programming in Gorkha and Okhaldhunga districts to provide technical support for reconstruction of earthquake resilient houses, livelihood recovery and WASH. The Housing Recovery and Reconstruction Platform (HRRP) is led by CRS Nepal, and other financial contributors and INGOs.
CRS Nepal invites applications from interested Nepalese citizens for the following position:
Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Manager (1 Position-Based in Kathmandu):
Master's Degree in Economics / Development or Social Studies / Statistics, or related field & experience with a minimum of 3-5 years of managerial experience with an NGO, preferably within an INGO with MEAL responsibilities. Excellent written and oral English and local language. Excellent data management (collection, entry, analysis and visualization) skills in Microsoft Excel, Access, or similar platforms. Familiarity with analysis software such as SPSS, STATA, Epilnfo, etc. is a plus. Preference for ICT4MEAL experience. Demonstrated experience developing qualitative and quantitative tools and the analysis of both quantitative and qualitative data.
