1. Strategic planning and execution
To be able to develop a strategic advertising and promotion plan for all the brands in our portfolio according to the market trends and competitor performances with the main aim of stepping up the current performance of each brand. Be able to justify this plan based on the sales target and brand achievement decided by the top management.
2. Participation in trade shows and exhibitions
Taking part in 2 major trade exhibitions throughout the year and be able to prepare a cost-benefit analysis for the same. Overseeing juniors work and involvement in the trade shows and exhibitions.
3. Marketing budget of the company
Devise/Follow a new/existing plan for documenting proofs for future claims from prospective companies. Prepare budget based on future path of each brand and accomodating it in the current approved budget. Have quarterly meeting with management to revise budgets based on expenses till date Devise a plan to make payments to vendors in a proper timely basis; also strategize how entries should be made for smooth payment. Make sure vendor ageing reports are prepared and are within acceptable limits
Required :
The candidate should have a sound knowledge of excel, excellent communication and negotiation skills, good presentation and leadership skills and should be able to manage a team.
Candidates with at least 3 - 5 years of experience in similar profile is preferred.
