1. Conduct market research to analyze the current position of the company in terms of sales, market share, demand and supply of the company’s products.
2. Coordinate with sales team to perform required market research.
3. Provide suggestions to sales team and Director(s) to improve market share and to strengthen market position of the company.
4. Conduct competitors’ analysis and come up with ways to differentiate company’s products.
5. Identify new business prospects for the company to increase and diversify company’s portfolio and come up with business plans.
6. Prepare business proposals for existing and new clients.
7. Participate in industry forums and trade conferences as the representative of the company.
8. Develop, manage, and implement Branding and Advertisement Initiatives
o Overseeing the designs of advertising and approving them for publishing
o Contracting and corresponding with media houses for publishing ads
o Collecting bills from the media houses and keeping records of them
o Handling the social media marketing such as posting in facebook, replying to customer’s queries and complaints and recording customers feedback
o Managing the official website of Beko products
o Sending monthly press release to supportive publications
9. Assist in Show-Room Opening
10. Other Ad-Hoc work that may be required from time to time.
11. Carry out appraisals of other employees in sincere and honest manner.
At least Masters in Business Administration or any management field
All round knowledge of basic management such as finance, marketing, operations etc.
Sound knowledge of MS Office especially MS Excel, email and internet
Proficient in using statistical tools
Able to carry out quantitative analysis
Should be creative enough to find solutions to the problems or for improvement of the business
Should have leadership capability
Driving license
Experienced in electronic trading comany is preferred
