Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing and Sales Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive our brand's success. As a Marketing and Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our products or services. Your primary duties will include:

• Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns.
• Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Creating and managing the marketing budget.
• Overseeing and mentoring a team of marketing and sales professionals.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Measuring and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
• Identifying and pursuing new marketing channels and partnerships.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
• Setting sales goals and targets for the team.
• Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve those goals.
• Leading and managing a sales team, including recruiting, training, and performance evaluation.
• Monitoring sales performance, analyzing data, and making adjustments as needed.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners.
• Providing sales forecasts and reports to  management.
• Developing and maintaining a sales budget.
• Keeping up to date with industry trends and competitors.
• Ensuring the team meets or exceeds sales quotas.
• Handling escalated customer issues and resolving conflicts.
• Collaborating with marketing and product development teams to align strategies.
• Traveling as needed to meet clients or attend industry events.

Job Specification

Qualifications:

Bachelors /Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Marketing /Sales Manager or in a similar role.

Strong understanding of marketing techniques and principles.

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in digital marketing and social media strategies.

Data-driven and results-oriented mindset.

Exceptional communication

Experience:

Minimum 2 year experience in related field.
