Promoting properties through advertisements, open houses, and listing services
Developing marketing plans for listings
Maintaining and managing client databases
Responding to emails and phone calls
Updating, maintaining websites and social media profiles
Comparing properties to determine a competitive market price
Finding potential clients to buy, sell, and rent properties
Generating lists of properties for sale/rent, including details such as location and features
Mediating negotiations between the buyer and seller
Preparing documents, such as lease contracts
Closing deals
Supporting the marketing manager in day to day marketing activities
Plan, develop and deliver campaigns as agreed within timescales
Job Specification
Ideally a degree in marketing although not essential
Strong interpersonal skills and confident communicator
Excellent copywriting skills and experience
Good at MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) and related computer programs
Flexible approach to work by responding to the needs of the services including at time requirements to work beyond normal working hours
Strong team player, committed to an ethos of continuous improvement
Be adept at problem solving and Work well under pressure
Have good organisational skills and be Good at Multi-tasking
Willing to travel
Possess driving license and 2 wheell vehicle.
