Marketing & Relationship Representative Mid Level

Job Description

• Deal with marketing Waterfront Resort as a preferred destination with travel agents, I/NGOs and interested parties and prepare rates and packages.
• Organize working contracts with preferred partners 
• Create and implement direct marketing strategies to cope with seasonal fluctuations in hospitality sector
• Maintain active list of agents and businesses and prepare timely reports with rates and dues
• Collect outstanding dues from parties such as travel agents, I/NGOs etc, through the use of computer aided property management system
• Report to the Chief accountant and Managing Director on collection activities

Job Specification

• Must have a licence and/or two wheeler (Fuel allowance provided)
• Must have industry experience in hospitality sector or have experience in a similar role 
• Have a pleasing outgoing personality and able to work in a team, unsupervised and deal with external parties
• Must be fluent in both English and Nepali
• Additional language knowledge preferred
