Position: Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager/ Manager/ Senior Manager

Department (Corporate Office): Head- Micro Banking                                                                             (1)                   

Province Office: Head- Province No. 3, Head- Province No. 4                                                                (2)

Criteria:

• Age- Not exceeding 45 years as of August 9, 2019

• Qualification- Minimum 2nd Division in Masters Degree (Field of Study: Commerce/ Management/ Business Studies/ Business Administration/ Economics/Information Technology/ Legal/ Accountancy/Relevant Field) from a recognized University
   
• Required Experience:
  For Assistant Manager:

Minimum 9 years of experience in a Commercial Bank with at least 1 year of experience as Senior Officer OR, Experience of Management Trainee in a Commercial Bank with at least 1 year of experience as Senior Officer OR, Minimum 12 years of experience in Banking Sector with at least 2 years of experience in Managerial Level

For Deputy Manager:

Minimum 11 years of experience in a Commercial Bank with at least 1 year of experience in Managerial Level OR, Experience of Management Trainee in a Commercial Bank with at least 1 year of experience in Managerial Level OR, Minimum 15 years of experience in Banking Sector with at least 4 years of experience in Managerial Level

For Manager:

Minimum 12 years of experience in a Commercial Bank with at least 3 years of experience in Managerial Level OR, Minimum 17 years of experience in Banking Sector with at least 10 years of experience in Managerial Level 

For Senior Manager:

Minimum 13 years of experience in a Commercial Bank with at least 5 years of experience in Managerial Level OR, Minimum 20 years of experience in Banking Sector with at least 10 years of experience in Managerial Level
