Job Description

Manager (Admin/Sales/ Marketing) :

Job Description :

Manage all aspects of marketing including communication, promotion and market visit.
Prepare and implement marketing plans and strategies including day to day, monthly and yearly reports
Analysis of marketing data and identify effective sales channels
Work with sales team in designing sales pitch and timely changes
Ensure excellent customer service and customer experience by making periodic visits
Identify market opportunities and generate new dealer and customers

Essential Requirements :

At least 7 years experience in Sales & Marketing
Prior Experience in Steel industry will be huge advantage
Should have at least BBA however MBA in Sales & Marketing will be added advantage
Should have good interpersonal communication skills fluent in both Nepali and English
Should be aware of different sales and marketing practices
Should have good presentation and analytical skills
Must be a good team player
Having valid driving license will be preferred
Should have basic knowledge of computer application ( Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
Willing to travel different part of Nepal
