The job includes understanding and fulfilling client requirement, coordinating with HR managers, managing end-to-end recruitment cycle for both temporary and permanent recruitment, managing team of recruiters, identifying sourcing methodologies, achieving revenue target.
The candidate must have Master's degree preferably in HR with minimum 4 years of experience in related field.
