Manager Recovery & Collection

This position is responsible for the collection efforts of the Bank. The incumbent should manage day to day recovery related administrative, support and control activities. S/he shall act as a bridge with customers and work closely with various units of the Bank to ensure that delinquent accounts are monitored and managed as per the overall strategic goal of the Bank.
Academic Qualification: At least Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics or related field.
Work Experience: At least 5 (five) years of relevant work experience with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
Skills and Abilities:
The applicant must possess strong leadership and people skills and be able to work under pressure.
The incumbent must have strong verbal and written communication skills and should demonstrate resourcefulness and ability to take initiative in development and completion of projects. Further, strong problem solving skills and ability to be self-sufficient is a prerequisite.prerequisite.
