Position: Manager 2 (M2) (1)
Department (Corporate Office): Deposits and Remittance
Criteria:

Age- Not exceeding 45 years as of 3rd August, 2016

Qualification- Minimum 2nd Division in Masters Degree (Field of Study: Commerce/ Management/ Business Studies/ Business Administration/ Economics) from a recognized University
-
Experience- Minimum 11 years of experience in a Commercial Bank with at least 3 years of experience as Senior Officer OR at least 1 year of experience in Managerial Level
Required Knowledge & Skills:
-
Should be fully acquainted with overall deposits market
-
Should have the ability to lead the unit effectively, meeting and surpassing the assigned targets thereby maximizing new business opportunities and strengthening the existing clientele relationship
-
Should be skilful in attracting new deposit and remittance businesses, providing a superior level of customer service and promoting service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation
-
Should possess excellent business communication, presentation, critical market analysis and strong interpersonal skills
