This position is expected to devise organizational learning and development strategy, oversee its implementation and assess its outcomes. The candidate is responsible to actively search, creatively design and implement effective methods to educate, enhance and recognize performance of employees in the bank.
Eligibility Criteria:
 Preferably Master's Degree but not less than Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline or Chartered Accountants.
 At least 5 years of experience in commercial bank with experience of designing, executing successful training programs.
