Sooltze Hotel Limited, a isted public limited Company, pioneering in hospitality, is seeicing qualiflod candidates for the ander mentioned position to support its national and international operations. The company owns and operates The Scallee Kathmandu, a five-star deluxe hotel in Nepal. We require a highly skilled and professional person to manage and coordinate with the Company and its associate companies in hoapkality and other business sectors in Nepal and oversee hotel operations abroad to ensure seamless management Applications are invited from professionally competent, self-motivated, and result-driven national and intemational candidates for the position below.
POSITION: MANAGER-INTERNATIONAL PUBLIC RELATIONS
Number of Positions: 1
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum Master's degree in Tourism or a rolated fluk, preference for PhD hoidons
- Proficiency in English, Chinese, German, and other European languages, along with knowledge of their history, culture, and socio-economic trends
- 20-30 years of experience in Intematonal Tourism Management.
- No ugs or gender restictions
- Must have attended international training, seminars, and conferences.
Key Competencies & Abilities:
- Expertise in National & International Tourism Management and sustainable tourism.
- Experience collaborating with global tournam organizations (WTTC, ETC. WTCF, PATA, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills to asses hepalese and global toursim trends.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentations
Eligibility Criteria:
- Extensive travel experience across Europe, Asia, and the Americas, with in-depth knowledge of
- Germany, the UK, China, Japan, USA, Australia, New Zealand, France and Italy
- Ability to assess and forecast Chinese and European tourism murkots
- Experience in training hospitality professionals in intemational sounem, cultural awareness, and
- language proficiency. Knowledge of international Tourism Management, including Corporate Tourtem (Business, medical, energy, and educational tourism.
- Adventure & Socio-Cultural Tourem trekking, rafting, cultursi tourism, Literary tourism, etc)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop intemational Collaborations for itemships and treining programs
- Strengthen relations with global touriam bodies and media
- Provide strategic insights to support the company's hotel operations in Nepal and abroad.
- Assist in business expansion for the company and its associates.
Remuneration & Contract Terms:
- Salary: NPR 100,000-175,000, with benefits per company polity.
- Salary rovision after a three-month probation period based on performanc
- Two-years contract, renewable if required.
- Preference for Nepalese citizens, foreign candidates considered no suitable local applicants.
- Foreign employment subject in Goveniment of Nepal approval
