Job Description

• Applicant should have atleast 2 years experience, working in an INGO, NGO will be a plus point.
• Should be able to provide homely and warm environment to the children.
• Should be able to guide children aged 5yrs-8yrs in their home assignments and take extra classes.
• Should be good multi-tasker and a team-player.
• Have to work with other sister companies of Dusty Yak.
• Accomplishes staff results by communication job expectations, planning, monitoring and appraising job results, coaching, counselling and disciplining employees, developing, coordinating productivity standards.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Uses a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases

Job Specification

• Female candidates are highly encouraged.
• Having Two-wheeler license will also be an advantage.
