Job Title: Manager - Accounts and Finance (1)

Job Description:

• Providing strategic management of the accounting and finance functions
• Directing accounting policies, procedures and internal controls
• Perform risk management by analyzing the organization's liabilities and investments
• Cost controlling, insurance requirement, taxation & auditing
• Lead the department by monitoring and analyzing departments work to develop and implement more efficient procedures and use of resources. Deal with the regulatory body regarding tax and legal matters, as & when required
• Ensure compliance with the law and company's policies

Job Specification

 

Qualification & skills:

• CA or MBA in business, finance or equivalent experience
• Minimum 10 years' experience in accounting and financial management practices
• Proven experience as CFO, finance officer or relevant role
• In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
• Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. tally)
• Excellent communication and people skills and a good team player
• An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers
