Job Responsibilities:

Identify policies and procedures to ensure an effective human resource function by following the legal requirements.

Identify staffing needs to recruit and select employees by consulting with the concerned departments.

Recruit and select employees to fill vacant positions through interviews and tests.

Develop benefits programs like insurance plans to motivate employees by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends.

Identify budgetary needs to carry out the human resource functions smoothly by preparing annual human resource budgets.

Manage salary administration program to ensure compliance and equity within organization.

Update the compensation package as per the requirement in order to revise it as necessary by conducting annual salary revisions.
Job Specifications:

Educational Qualification: MBA or MBS (preferably in HR)

Experience: 1 to 2 years in relevant field
