Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic Knowledge of MS-Word & MS-Excel
§ Responsible for conducting market surveys related to requirement for training programs
§ Designing and expanding training and development programs
§ Carrying out marketing activities related to training
§ Schedule training as per client requirement
§ Assist in initial survey and client follow-up.
§ Preparation and update of ISO related documents
§ Schedule audit as per client requirement.
§ Keeping record of all training and ISO work and reporting.
§ Coordination with client regarding ISO Certification.
§ Conducting feasibility study for new venture/ business expansion.
§ Development of business proposal.
