Management Trainees will undergo comprehensive on-the-job and formal training in all areas of the Bank, enabling them to take up higher responsibilities upon successful completion of the training period.
Pre-requisites for applying :
Masters degree in any academic stream with 1st Division or equivalent from a reputed university. Age should not exceed 28 years on the day of application. Candidates awaiting final results at the post-graduate level may also apply.
All candidates are expected to be proficient in written/spoken English & Nepali. He/She should be computer literate with a working knowledge of office applications. Applications without disclosure of age and marks/percentage/ CGPA at each level of education from SLC (or equivalent) onwards shall be automatically disqualified.
