Job Description

To Identify training need of JMPL & dealer employee
To prepare dealer wise/ module wise & training calendar
To manage Training resources for better training quality
To conduct training delivery session effectively
To evaluate Training Effectiveness
To collect feedback on training so as to uplift the quality of training session
To up-date on contemporary and innovation in market and competitors product
To relate training impact on business performance indicators
To provide OJT training to new and existing dealers
To Update and report all Nepal Sales Manpower data.

Job Specification

A degree in Management or Business (Specialization in Sales and Marketing)
Internship experience in sales or customer service
Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office (Microsoft & MS- Excel)
Strong verbal and written presentation skills
Travel Friendly
2 Wheeler License Holder
