Key responsibilities: Under the supervision of the M&E and Accountability Technical Advisor, the M&E Officer provides all the necessary support in the response to the current emergency situation. The incumbent will support in the monitoring and evaluation efforts by developing an appropriate monitoring and evaluation (M&E) system, adapt and implement data collection and analysis tools, mechanisms and systems based on a coherent monitoring framework.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience: Bachelors degree in management, social research, development studies or a related field with 3 years relevant experience in developing/using database, conducting monitoring and evaluation. Experience of working with NRCS and Emergency Response is desirable
