Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Advisor based in Dhading Besi
The main purpose of this post is to lead and provide overall direction to all Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) activities in the programme. The post-holder will report directly to the Disaster Response Manger and is also a member of the DR Programme Management Team.
Minimum qualifications:
• Masters degree in relevant subject with 3 years experience or Bachelors degree in relevant subject with 5 years relevant experience.
• Experience of working with the NGO/INGO sector in a developing country situation.
• Knowledge and ability in using computer-based data analysis.
• Knowledge and ability in using participatory methodologies.
• Good networking, facilitation, training, coaching and mentoring skills.
• Excellent language and communication skills in both Nepali and English.
