M&E and Knowledge Management Specialist (based in Kathmandu)
Key responsibilities:
The incumbent will lead CARE’s part of the work under the project, providing support to programmatic learning in order to enhance the quality and impact of our work. S/he will be responsible for providing leadership, advice and guidance to project and programme staff on monitoring, evaluation, outcome mapping and impact assessment of CARE interventions. A core function of this role is to build capacity of staff and partners in these areas.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
Masters Degree in research, social science and analysis, or equivalent; ideally with a strong focus on social research and learning. At least 5 years relevant experience in M&E demonstrating impact through quantitative and qualitative data or equivalent combination of academic research.
