M&E/Knowledge Manager
Leads and facilitate all monitoring of project inputs, outputs and impacts, especially the collection, organization and safe-keeping of field level data, as well as its entering into the project data base; define outcome and impact M&E needs and systems; help district and community level M&E staff develop a work plan, including identifying what skills are required to implement it.
Qualification Requirements:
Minimum of a Master's Degree in a relevant discipline and 10+ years' experience in monitoring and evaluation of USAID MNCH programming. Demonstrated ability in M&E and Knowledge Management capacity building of local organizations
