1.The incumbent is responsible for replenishment planning/analysis of inventory requirements, to Identify opportunities and lead implementation to optimize market's inventory target. The incumbent is responsible for timely delivery and billing processing and ensure all orders/deliveries are delivered as requested; through close coordination with JTI Security and 3rd party logistics/service providers deliveries must be done timely, accurately and within JTI guidelines/policy/procedures.
2.Oversee all Logistics, Demand Planning, and Inventory Planning functions, including timely preparation and submission of shipment forecast, routine shipment reports, monthly sales target analysis, stock coverage reports as well as web-forecast with advice for market CFO reference. Provide guidance to the Demand Planning team on making volume forecasts and shipment analysis allowing management have full appreciation on the latest market development, ensuring continuity of supply.
3.Lead and enhance Logistics team to become a value-added partner to the business by providing scenario planning with recommendations on the best alternative to deliver finished goods from factories to customers
4.The incumbent is responsible for the total inventory management within the 3rd party logistic warehouse through timely and effective monthly/annual stock count, monitoring, controls and etc. The incumbent is responsible for removal/destruction of damaged/expired/rejected/etc. goods from the warehouse within JTI guidelines/policy/procedures. Oversee and ensure all logistics activities are complied with local statutory and JSOX requirements.
5.Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to further improve the in-market supply chain activities
6.Liaison with other functions to promote Business Partnership within the organization. Establish strong partnership with GSC and Factories. Ensure Production / Inventory information is shared with other stakeholders on a timely basis to ensure corrective actions can be undertaken if necessary.
7.To manage and control the company's resources in a highly disciplined, flexible and effective manner. To identify enhancements and propose and/or update current processes or systems on policies & procedures regarding operating guidelines. Ensure operations are in full compliance with internal GRM, Policies & Procedures, JTI Operating Guidelines, JSOX/CHSOX/KSOX Controls & JTI Code of Conduct requirements.
8.The incumbent is responsible for team motivation to ensure optimal service levels in meeting all stakeholders' requirements. Determine and coordinates all functional and system trainings to improve effectiveness of the team continuously. To handle special assignments/projects and any other tasks as and when assigned by the company.
Qualification: Bachelors degree
Experience: 3+ years in logistics/supply chain
