Job Description
Collection and study of loan applications.
Approve loans within specified limits
Meet with applicants to obtain information for loan applications and to answer questions about the process.
Analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and property.
Explain to customers the different types of loans.
Review and update credit and loan file.
Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them.
Supervise loan personnel.
Prepare loan reports.
Assist market department.
Job Specification
Pleasant personality with positive attitude.
Should be able to work under pressure.
Good knowledge on the services of the cooperative.
Knowledge of MS Office, Internet and email.
Quick & Good Learner.
Analysis Skills.
