Collect loan inquiries from the dealers
Initially fill KYC of customer & follow up for document completion.
Collect all required documents from customers & dealers
Complete loan process as per standard guidelines
Forward TDO with complete documents to product coordinator within 5 days from TDO date
Coordinate with the dealers via visits, telephonic communications or any appropriate social medias
Risk analysis and proper documentation
Get involved in the recovery of loan as per required
Provide timely information to the product coordinators
Coordinate with the colleagues to minimize loan gaps
Sharing daily process & works
