- Follow up with overseas staff and with customer and provide assistance to resolve queries.
- Day to day activity of the operation processes such as payment inquiry, follow up, payment, emails call &pay.
- Must be motivated to work under pressure with providing quality customer service and customers satisfaction.

- Ready to coordinate with colleague.
- Email and Call handling of agents, customers etc.
Job Specification
- Experience required: Priority to those who have worked in related field or customer service
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Management
- Specific requirement Knowledge of MS Office
