Minimum five years of experience in agricultural development with NGOs or government. Minimum Bachelor's degree in agriculture or animal science. Master's degree an advantage. Demonstrated experience in training, curriculum development, and planning and implementing agriculture and livestock programs, with a strong focus on capacity building as well as Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning. Excellent organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail and demonstrated ability to coordinate tasks across staff and departments.
