Life Insurance Corporation (Nepal) Limited, an ISO certified and one of the leading life Insurance Company of Nepal since 2001 is seeking applications for the below mentioned positions from dedicated, result oriented, experienced and ambitious candidates for the post of Company Secretary and Legal Officer.

Position: Legal Officer

Academic Qualification and Work Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized University with at least 5 years of related experience with any related industry or corporate houses.

Master Degree in Commercial Law with experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to analyze and deal with matters related to legal issues.
• Ability to draft various Agreements, Contracts, and other documents.
• Attend Court cases and assist in drafting of Written Submissions & Petitions.
• Prepare, review and modify legal documents/contractual instruments to assist and support various business activities/functional departments.
• Negotiate, review and draft documentation for business transactions.
• Ensure all legal compliances are adhered to by the Company. Legal knowledge on Regulatory compliance of Insurance Company.
• Good communication skill (written & verbal) in Nepali and English.

Age: Not exceeding 40 years as on 14^th April. 2021.
