Learning and Development (Senior Assistant/Supervisor/Junior Officer/Officer)
Required Number: Few; Locations: Registered Office, Kathmandu; The candidates are expected to oversee bank’s learning and development strategy. The candidates are responsible to actively search, creatively design and implement effective methods to educate, enhance and recognize performance and efficiency of employees in the bank; Eligibility Criteria: Preferably Master’s Degree but not less than Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline; At least 3 years of experience for supervisor and 5 years of experience for officer level in Bank, Training Institute or related field ;Age not below 18 and not exceeding 40 years.
