Age: Below 30 years
Education: Graduate in Hotel Management from a recognized institute .
Experience:
At least 3 year of experience in similar capacity. Experience of having worked in International chain hotels shall be given preference.
Knowledge/Abilities:
The job involves to organize, develop and supervise the food production in — Banquet, Continental and Flight Kitchen as per the prescribed standards and recipes. It also includes ensuring guest satisfaction and educates and develops staff.
