Requirements:
Age: Up to 45 years,
Education: Bachelors Degree in hotel management or Hotel Diploma
Experience: Minimum 4 to 6 years work experience in Food Preparation And catering technology, Banquet Kitchen or Chinese Cuisine in any 5 star hotels.
Knowledge/Abilities: Organizes kitchen operations and prepares and serves a range of dishes, whilst supervising junior members of the Kitchen Brigade.
