Job Description
Conduct market research to analyze the current position of the company in terms of sales, market share, demand and supply of the company’s products.
Coordinate with sales team to perform required market research.
Provide suggestions to sales team and Director(s) to improve market share and to strengthen market position of the company.
Conduct competitors’ analysis and come up with ways to differentiate company’s products.
Identify new business prospects for the company to increase and diversify company’s portfolio and come up with business plans.
Prepare business proposals for existing and new clients.
Participate in industry forums and trade conferences as the representative of the company.
Develop, manage, and implement Branding and Advertisement Initiatives
Overseeing the designs of advertising and approving them for publishing
Contracting and corresponding with media houses for publishing ads
Collecting bills from the media houses and keeping records of them
Handling the social media marketing such as posting in facebook, replying to customer’s queries and complaints and recording customers feedback
Managing the official website of Beko products
Sending monthly press release to supportive publications
Job Specification
Educational Qualification: MBA in Marketing from reputed university
Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply (One to two years of experience in business development and/ or advertisement department of any trading company is preferred but not mandatory).
Knowledge Requirements:
Should have good knowledge on the products of the company along with details of each products such as price, size, energy consumption, etc
Should have a good knowledge about the market and competitors
IT Skills Required:
Sound knowledge of MS Office
Should have a good knowledge of Internet and email
Knowledge of Photoshop (optional)
Other Requirements:
Should have good communication skills
Should be creative enough for designing advertisements
Should have outgoing personality with good PR
