Physical verification for tampered box, weight of the buckets and no. of boxes received against transfer challan/packing list.
Plan to move spare parts and packages to reach destinations on schedule
Tracking order package status of spare parts.
Conduct perpetual and annual physical verification of stock.
Tracking vendor bills and follow up with an account to release payment.
In case of a new item, allocate the new bin location as the default location in the system and place the item physically as per assigned bins/racks/location.
Ensure appropriate stock levels are there in the Warehouse
Ensure the payment is adjusted timely to the right customer ledger.
Other jobs assigned by manager.

Knowledge of Inventory management
1-year previous work experience in spare parts with a 10+2 educational level can also apply.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good command over computer will be added advantages.
