Job Description :

Handle daily petty cash funds.
Check requisitions for office materials and fulfill them accordingly.
Verify all store materials weekly and monthly and report to the supervisor in case of any variance in book and physical.
Preparation of weekly and monthly report on store.
Record and monitor on damage and other materials.
Proper record of goods issued in the software.
All other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.

Basic Requirement :

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
Minimum at least 1 year experience in related field.
Good written and verbal communication skills both in English and Nepali.
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
Team player, polite & pleasing personality.
Should be able to work under pressure.
