• Prepare and update the BRS (Bank reconciliation statement).
• Knowledge of LC is advantageous.
• Coordination with the site office for record-making and financial reports.
• Inter JV reconciliation.
• Communication with suppliers for party confirmation and other stakeholders.
• Entry and recording of all financial transactions.
• Proper management of all the supporting documents.
• Assist in preparing JV wise expenses to report, inventory report and machinery report.
• Handling of a checkbook and its recording.
• Knowledge of Tax, VAT is needed
