Coordinate with the workshop to increase sales of spare parts
Checking, verifying, and processing warranty claims
Liaise with Technical Services Dept. on all warranty claim parts, visit customers to investigate and assess parts quality issues and complaints
Monitoring the movements of all warranty parts submitted to suppliers and ensuring replacements are done within the stipulated time frame.
A random sampling of incoming Spare Parts to ensure consistency of product quality.
Any other duties as assigned by the Management.

At least a year of working experience in Spare Parts field or Automotive Industry
Computer literate with proficiency in MS office applications: MS word / MS excel
