Job Description

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Coordinate office supplies procurement, ensuring sufficient stock levels and cost effective purchasing.
  • Draft and edit official documents, including memos, reports and correspondence.
  • Develop and maintain an organized filing system for physical and electronic documents, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with record-keeping regulations.
  • Manage documentation related to personnel, operations, contracts and other factory related matters.
  • Assist in coordination of meetings, conferences and events including scheduling, booking venues and providing necessary resources.
  • Collaborate with various departments to facilitate cross-functional communication and support project related activities.
  • Assist the HR department in employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing documentation, coordinating orientations and updating personnel records.
  • Help manage employee time and attendance records and support payroll processing.
  • Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of office spaces and common areas, coordinating with relevant personnel for repairs and improvements.
  • Monitor and manage facility related expenses and services.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Review vendor invoices and process payments in collaboration with the finance department.
  • Ensure that the factory’s administrative processes align with relevant standards and guidelines.

Job Specification

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related field.
  • At least 5 years’ proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in manufacturing or automotive industry.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and basic financial management.
  • Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and other administrative tools.
  • A stable career history with a demonstrable track record of success.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

In order to capitalize growing automobile market, the company has established 12 dealers in major cities of Nepal such Pokhara, Butwal, Bhairahawa, Dang, Biratnagar, Birtamod, Dhangadhi, Itahari, Nepalgunj, Bharatpur, Hetauda and Birgunj.
