Employee Administration
Assist in Preparation, development, and implementation of performance management as well as performance evaluation policies and procedures
Working with external HR consultants, if needed
Administering payroll and maintaining employee records
Conduct orientation program to new employees.
Maintain the data base records of each employee of the organization.
Check the attendance records of the employees.
Coordinate with consultant on employees training needs and arrange schedules for employees.
Attend to employees grievances and complaints; provide guidance if necessary.
Provide feedback to management to enhance a better working environment.
