Job Description
- Providing technical support to customer care, operator and technician.
- Responsible to train new operator, sub operator and technician related to billing system.
- Evaluate and prioritize customer support cases.
- Responsible for quality assurance testing of various software projects
- Planning and performing different stages of testing.
- Identifying bugs and potential problem with in software.
- Documenting the task and reporting
- Monitoring the billing system.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Job Specification
- Graduate in B.Sc. IT or B.Sc. CSIT
- The candidate must have at least 1 year of experience
- Ready to work on various shifts as per requirement
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Good communication both oral and written
- Proficient in MS Office package
