Job Description

ERP Support

  1. Perform as a member of an application support team for ERP systems users throughout the organization and its partners.
  2. Work with ERP systems users and management to determine appropriate system configuration and setup.
  3. Work as a Systems Analyst with resource person throughout the company and its partners to help define user needs and develop data processing solutions.
  4. Analyze and troubleshoot ERP system issues reported by end users.

Networking

  1. Assist in the planning and implementation of additions, deletions and major modifications to the supporting regional infrastructure
  2. Oversee the administration and maintenance of the company’s infrastructure and direct team members when necessary
  3. Oversee the administration of the company’s WAN
  4. Oversee planning, coordination and implementation of network security measures in order to protect data, software and hardware

Training and Lab Maintenance

  1. Oversee the administration and maintenance of computer stations and software for company training programs and the Learning Studio and provides additional support if necessary

Help Desk Management

  1. Oversee all helpdesk activities at the regional level
  2. Respond to escalated help desk issues
  3. Oversee the administration and maintenance of our tracking software
  4. Interact with internal clients on all levels to help resolve IT related issues and provides answers in a timely manner

Computer System Management

  1. Oversee troubleshooting, data backups and disaster recovery operations
  2. Oversee maintenance and administration of computing related environments, including computer hardware, systems software, applications software and all configurations
  3. Research new technologies and recommend implementation as required
  4. Coordinate with vendors and with company personnel in order to facilitate purchases

Job Specification

Bachelor’s in Computer Science/IT/Computer Technology with at least 2 years experience in relevant field.
