Job Description

Required Experience and Competencies

• Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible job related experience in information technology or telecommunications or information management, such as, WAN/LAN networking, operating systems, databases, telephone services, web design, registry or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree in Network, information systems, information technology or related area. Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in client support, such as, a Help Desk or User Support Unit, web design team, maintenance service,
• Strong knowledge IT administration and support in the multi-donor programs, bilateral, non-profit sector, etc.
• Experience working in an international organization or multicultural environment.
• Excellent communications (written and verbal) skills especially to converse in non-technical language and relay information to find solutions to technical issues to team as required.
• Strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills.
• Professional integrity and organisational loyalty.
• Ability to work with a dynamic team of national and international members.
