Job Description

Knowledge of application development  of any programming Language such as : java, react, flutter, .net, php, c++, c# and a strong database. To be successful in this role, you need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Nepali and English. One should have good knowledge on application development and web development. High preference is given to the candidate who is smart, keen learner and willing to accept a challenging environment.  A team player with a can-do-attitude. One should have good presentation skills. Mature and self-motivated person with leadership abilities. Team management skills with the ability to work under pressure and excellent time keeping

Requirements

• Developing mobile and web application solutions for the organization.
• Creating in-house applications
• Debugging and maintaining written code.
• Defining and organizing projects on an ongoing basis.
• Reporting and resolving issues related to projects.
• Identifying and handling technical risks and issues.
• Working in a project team alongside other developers.
• Reporting on project statuses and developments to senior team members.
• Participating in project meetings with management and other team members.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Working closely with manager or assigned staff member and completing all allocated tasks
• Conducting research and gathering information through surveys or by speaking with clients and staffs
• Attending and participating in meeting, workshops, events and exhibitions
• Updating document and sales records
• Reviewing sales performance against sales targets
• Assisting managers with negotiations
