Job Description:
Create and upload content to websites
Manage social media profiles
Create and upload posts to social media accounts
Respond to inquiries made through social media
Ensure proper updating of website and social media as per organizational policy
Facilitate and guide team members to perform the above duties
Perform other IT related duties assigned by the line manager
Job Specification
In-depth knowledge in managing website contents and social media platforms
Knowledge of developing and maintaining WordPress based CMS sites
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Good command over English language
Ability to write original, targeted and engaging content based on research and consultation with colleagues
Open to knowledge sharing with good facilitation skills
