Proactively and creatively assist in the assessment of processes in the company and recommend improvements
Assist in design, development and delivery of various training and development curriculum and activities
Perform research based study on various organizational concerns

Recent graduate in BBA or pursuing post graduate program specializing in Human resources and Organizational Development
Analytical thinking with superior research skills
Energy and enthusiasm to be creative and deliver tangible results
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to balance numerous tasks and meet tight deadlines
Competence in Microsoft Office Suite of applications
